Head of Legal (Employment Law)

This is an exciting, fast paced business and it will be a challenging role to take on with plenty of scope for growth and development. Responsibilities will include partnering with the HR Department and other business functions on a broad range of employment related matters and will advise all levels of the business across EMEA; participating in the development of legally sound policies and programs in all areas of labor and employment law, including salary matters, discipline, counselling and termination, all aspects of laws regarding discrimination, wrongful and unfair termination; Company-wide employment issues, operational issues and Compliance/Data Privacy assist in the management of external counsel relationships and budgets; and educating on trends and legal actions which may affect the workplace through written materials or training seminars. To be successful in this role, you must have trained at a highly regarded law firm with experience working with Employment matters across EMEA.
