Large Class Machine Sales Manager Northern UK Region £50,000-£60,000 D.O.E. Permanent Full Time You must have experience with Large Plant Machinery to be considered Our client are looking for an exceptional candidate to help the company reach and maintain market share targets. The candidate will be tasked with accelerating the growth of the business in large class machinery for the North Region, focusing on the quarry and waste industry sectors. This will involved cultivating new business prospects, and fostering relationships with established clients, whilst delivering revenue expansion through market knowledge and tailored solutions. Accountabilities: Develop and implement sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new accounts within the quarry and waste industry sectors Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) Provide expert solutions to customers, addressing their specific needs and challenges Grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting site visits and product demonstrations as needed Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials for the large class machine market Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients Work closely with the technical and after-sales support teams to ensure seamless customer experience Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Be able to deliver regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts Key Performance Indicators: Market share Revenue / Profit targets Participation & Closure Rate Regional KPI’s Essential Candidate Traits: Experience in sales of heavy machinery in the quarry or waster industry sectors Track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share Strong understanding of large class machines and their applications in quarry and waste management operations Proficiency in CRM Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to convert customer needs into tailored solutions for customers Results driven Committed Energetic Key Relationships: Customers / Key Accounts Senior Management team General Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Managers Marketing / Sales Admin / Used Equipment We operate from several prime locations and are likely to have an office near you.
