The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor with 3+ years PQE who is looking to further develop their career, particularly within Serious and Catastrophic Injury cases.
This role involves managing a mixed caseload of multi-track RTA , EL , and PL files, as well as working collaboratively with our expert team on Serious Injury and Catastrophic Injury cases.
You will have experience handling fast-track and multi-track cases and be confident in managing litigated matters. This role offers the opportunity to train and specialise in more complex, high-value cases, providing an exciting next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Multi-Track cases at various stages
Handling litigated matters and working on Serious Injury and Catastrophic Injury cases as part of a team
Managing new enquiries, investigating claims, assessing liability, and providing appropriate legal advice
Liaising with courts, insurance companies, and third-party representatives
Drafting legal documents, preparing statements, and corresponding with clients and experts
Analysing medical reports and obtaining expert opinions
Negotiating settlements using JC guidelines and relevant precedents
Preparing and arranging Counsel representation when necessary
What You'll Bring:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Personal Injury law within a reputable firm
Experience handling both RTA and EL/PL Fast Track cases
Experience dealing with litigated matters under supervision
Strong customer care skills and the ability to maintain excellent client relationships
A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering outstanding results

Location: Trafford House, M32 0RS; Remote or Hybrid options available
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (4 days per week)
Flexible Hours: Core hours 10:00 - 16:00
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Quarterly Bonuses
