Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician who will play a dual role, beginning with hands-on training and transitioning into a lecturing position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Training and Assessment: Conduct training sessions for Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installations (2365). Assess candidates in accordance with Accreditation Board requirements while maintaining integrity in marking and providing feedback.
- Exam Invigilation: Invigilate exams and ensure a fair and consistent testing environment.
- Course Development and Delivery: Collaborate with the Directors and team to create course structures, develop training materials, and enhance the training program.
- Student Support: Provide continuous support to candidates throughout their courses, monitor their progress, and liaise with the Director to ensure timely completions.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings, provide feedback, and coordinate with colleagues regarding training centre operations and resources.
- Promote Company Values: Uphold and promote the company’s values, services, and commitment to quality education.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to deliver practical sessions for Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installations (2365)
- Minimum 1 year of technician experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the electrical field
Schedule:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Flexible start date
