Our UK office and warehouse facility is based in Greater Manchester where we deliver an offering of over 5,000 products with quality ranges covering everything a merchant would need, always aiming to deliver the highest customer service nationwide. Our business has an exciting future ahead where we are looking to grow and develop the business over the next 3 years.   Our Values: W orking hard towards the same business aims E ncouraging contributions and listening to all voices S upportive of our people and business goals T reating other with Respect C ommitted to Service-excellence and Customer Satisfaction O ne Team, fuelled by individual excellence   The Candidate   We are looking for 3 Area Sales Managers to cover the following areas:   SOUTH WEST & SOUTH WALES SOUTH EAST NORTH LONDON & HOME COUNTIES   The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and negotiations skills, with communication and ‘people skills’ key attributes for this role. The candidate will have good planning and organisational skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure.   Main Responsibilities of the Role Maintaining and increasing sales of company products in line with STH Group objectives. Meeting or exceeding KPI targets for your area. Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base in your area. Plan customer visits effectively on a formulated journey plan in line with the agreed deployment strategy. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue and margin generation. Generate a future pipeline of sales activities in line with STH Group objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities Report on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders. Fully utilise the internal customer information systems with regards to pricelists and reporting relevant information to the appropriate department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
