As a senior consultant and thought leader in the Strategic Consulting group of TalentNeuron, you will play a pivotal role in shaping global talent strategies and practices by leveraging data-driven insights and influencing industry perspectives. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients, fostering innovation within the organization, and establishing yourself as a recognized authority in workforce consulting while contributing to the growth and success of our business. This role reports to the SVP of Strategic Consulting.

Consulting Excellence & Business Development

  • Lead consulting engagements with clients to assess, design, and implement global talent strategies that align with their business objectives and enhance organizational performance backed by comprehensive research, analysis, and industry expertise.
  • Utilize workforce analytics tools and methodologies to analyze talent data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for workforce and talent strategy.
  • Lead business development efforts by identifying opportunities for clients, developing proposals, and delivering client presentations.
  • Develop and execute prospect identification and targeted outreach to introduce our services, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Identify potential strategic partners, alliances, or referral networks that can complement our services and extend our reach in target markets. Develop and nurture partnerships to leverage mutual opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, client engagement, and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities and track progress through various stages of the sales and consulting cycle. Utilize CRM system (Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively.

Thought Leadership

  • Develop and maintain a strong personal brand as a thought leader in the industry through speaking engagements and participation in relevant forums or conferences and generate leads.
  • Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in global talent strategy and analytics.
  • Produce compelling content such as whitepapers, articles, case studies, and participate in panel discussions that showcase innovative ideas and insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential client opportunities. Analyze market data to develop targeted strategies for business development efforts.

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and continuously identifying opportunities for value creation or expansion of engagements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for your aligned engagements, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with team of consultants to holistically cover client projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, commercial, and client engagement) to develop and deliver customized solutions including talent segmentation, strategic workforce planning, skills framework, talent acquisition, DEI initiatives, and talent engagement/retention projects.
  • Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and thought leadership within the organization.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience as a HR practitioner or in strategic talent consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions and demonstrating thought leadership in HR consulting, global talent management practices (talent acquisition, performance management, career development, and employee engagement), workforce planning, or related fields, with a focus on global organizations.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge and expertise in the use of labor market analytics evidenced by a strong portfolio of successful projects or practices and thought leadership contributions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in workforce analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., statistical analysis, predictive modeling, data visualization).
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and mentor team members, and drive initiatives forward. Agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
