They are seeking a skilled Biomedical Scientist - Histology to join their London Euston team. The role involves supporting the efficient operation of the laboratory and ensuring the timely delivery of a high-quality histopathology service. The primary working relationships will include collaboration with Senior Biomedical Scientists (BMS), histology staff, and the senior leadership team. Participate in daily workload management and assist in maintaining the quality and accuracy of output. Serve as the Lead Senior BMS for training within the laboratory. Organize and supervise the work of Medical Laboratory Assistants (MLAs), Medical Technical Officers (MTOs), and Biomedical Scientists (BMS). Pursue professional development by attending necessary training courses. Operate and maintain histology equipment in accordance with department policies.
