Business Development Director
Commercial & Residential Solar, EV Charging & Battery Storage

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Support the wider sales team and facilitate their development.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, policies, and trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
