Despatch Manager

Despatch Manager Due to continued growth and investment, our client a food manufature in Norhamptonshire is seeking a Despatch Manager to lead all Desptach and Finished Goods within the busy Warehouse. Responsibilities: * Lead a team when off-loading completed goods from the production lines. * Control flow of items through the dispatch area and ensure timely and accurate picking of customer orders in line with the transport team. * Ensuring any errors are resolved * Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely packing of volume * Adhere H&S- health and safety plus food standards. Experience: * Previous experience in goods out/dispatch * Experinece in a fast paced FMCG / Food Manufacturing environment * Good knowledge of Excel and other PC skills * Experience leading a team Role * Permanent * Salary - DOE * Strong benefits package inc pension, lifecover * Genuine development and progression Mach are acting as an agent for this role
