Come and join Utilita’s in-house Marketing team, where will play an integral role in the planning and execution of all communications Utilita sends to its customers. You will be the voice of Utilita and help drive engagement, influence customer behaviour and ensure brand consistency. What does this role involve? Working closely with the Brand Communications Manager, you will help produce and manage the communication content plan. Day to day, you will; plan, create and execute key communications related to projects within the business; work closely with all departments and external partners to execute ad-hoc communication campaigns; maintain an up-to-date knowledge of customer feedback to inform campaigns and understand Utilita customers. Who are we looking for? You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be an organized individual with a keen eye for detail which will help when managing multiple marketing campaigns. You will have a collaborative mindset, working with both internal and external contacts in planning, creating and executing marketing communications projects. Previous experience with copywriting would be advantageous.
