To work with MHR subject matter experts to create a suite of online content across current and future products including, but not limited to, iTrent, People First, Analytics and Business Objects. Duties and responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced and creative eLearning content developer to support our customer base in the following ways: Create multimedia content to support training services, including videos, voiceovers and formal eLearning outputs (experience of Articulate software is an advantage)Produce engaging and interactive eLearning content to support our customer baseWork with subject matter experts to build content on our existing and future products, e.g. iTrent, People First, Analytics and Business ObjectsPossess initiative to research content externally to support content productionWork with the wider team to explore opportunities for future content to support the content roadmap and team revenue targetsWork closely with the Product team to understand future product changes and roadmaps to identify where content will need to be updatedManage time effectively to work across multiple projects to tight deadlinesPossess an eye for detail to proofread and check content accurately to support content consistency and quality control requirementsAnalyse and evaluate output on a regular basis to identify areas of improvementUpload and manage content on the LMS to ensure a positive customer experienceWork with customers to understand bespoke requirements and turn these into training solutionsRequired Experience: Multimedia content productioneLearning experience (minimum 5 years)Ideally experience of Articulate (Storyline and Rise)Benefits to support you personally and professionallyAlongside the opportunity to work with an incredible team and express your individuality, we offer a range of personalised benefits including:Access to over 60 internal training courses, professional qualifications, and cross-departmental mentoring and coaching programs 24/7 access to a GP through SmartHealth for you and your family, confidential mental health support, and paid sick leave Ability to purchase or sell additional holiday days beyond the standard 25 days and bank holidaysMonthly employee recognition program and departmental awardsReferral bonus scheme of up to £2,000 Employee-led social events such as running clubs, football teams, book clubs, and bake-offs On-site subsidised restaurants offering a variety of fresh meals daily Opt-in benefits schemes such as private medical insurance and dental coverageWe value the well-being, financial stability, and inclusivity of our employees, and strive to provide a supportive working environment.
