Job Title: Call Centre Sales Manager

Location: London (Smart working 60/40 - office/home)

Salary: £45K

A leading full-fibre network provider in London is seeking a driven and experienced Call Centre Sales Manager to join their team.


In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of advisors and driving sales across acquisition, renewals, and retention.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales processes and tools.
  • Building strong relationships across the business to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Leading by example and contributing to individual sales targets.


To be successful, you'll need:

  • A degree and proven experience leading a sales team in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.


Previous experience in the telecoms/broadband consumer market is a plus.
