Market leaders in the design and manufacture of industrial steam boilers and other large products is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide preventative and corrective maintenance for well-known large brands. The Field Service Engineer will have completed a level 3 NVQ in a relevant technical subject and have previous experience in electrical and mechanical engineering. In addition, will need to have a gas qualification, experience working around combustion, and have a UK driving licence. This role is home-based.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper management of technical assistance contracts
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Water treatment monitoring
- Burner settings optimisation
- Optimisation operations or components renewal
Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Essential:
- Completed minimum NVQ level 3 apprenticeship in a technical subject
- Have previous electro-mechanical experience
- Attained industrial or commercial gas qualification
- Has combustion experience
- Full, clean driving licence
- Able to work on own supervision
- Good customer service skills
Desirables:
- Has knowledge on electronic burner management controls
Salary: £40,000 + OT/bonus (OTE £45-48k)
