We need an experienced Sales Manager who would like to work for a local, market leading, dynamic independent Estate Agency with offices in the Petersfield area. Previous experience in residential property sales and listing is essential and some experience in managing a team would be advantageous (but not essential). You will need to be proactive, work exceptionally well as part of a team and strive to hit and exceed your personal targets as well as being the kind of person who can spot and take advantage of sales opportunities. You will have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service, but most of all, have exceptional negotiating skills.
