Service Sales Specialist

CK Group are recruiting for a Service Sales Specialist on behalf of an industry leading Laboratory and Analytical services provider in a remote based role on a 10 month contract basis. Company: Our client is a well established Laboratory partner with a broad range of service offerings. Location: The role is remotely based Role: Develop market share for core services, securing existing customers and re-acquiring former customers in UK and Belgium and support the Service Sales Manager team. Responsible for the sales of warranty extensions, service contracts, the extension of existing service contracts and the development of the entire core service portfolio. Work with Customer Care, Inside Sales Team and Service Delivery Team, which includes all activities that contribute to the acquisition, satisfaction and retention of service customers. Build and maintain customer/channel relationships and provide pre- and post-sales consultation to customers . Maintain business reports and prospect lists in existing systems and prepare quotations. Active involvement in lead generation. Interface with service leadership and cross-functional teams as needed to resolve customer issues. Your Background: Educated to degree level or above in a relevant field with proven sales experience, ideally within service sales. Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS-Office, SAP and Service Max a Plus) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English is essential and spoken and written French would be a plus. Results oriented with a high degree of independence and the ability to be part of a sales team. Excellent planning and organizational skills as well as problem solving skills.
