Responsibilities: Responsible for the construction site, including sub-contractors, health and safety of personnel, quality, and workmanship of labour Lead and manage projects from the planning phase through to completion, ensuring timely delivery Liaising with a range of professionals Ensure all work is completed to the specified standards and quality, adhering to client requirements. Responsible for all document control as an integral part of the project control Management responsibilities for all Health and Safety policies and procedure.
