Part of IHG (Intercontinental Hotel Group) The Chef de Partie Role: The role of the Chef de Partie is to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen whilst ensuring all food is produced to a consistent high standard. Key duties and responsibilities of the Chef de Partie; Previous experience is essential as well as a very good level of both spoken and written English language and you must be able to work shifts and weekends.
