We’re hiring a Performance Lead for a digital healthcare company dedicated to solving some of the world’s biggest healthcare challenges, including fertility, weight loss, diabetes, and mental health.


They have seen some impressive growth, with multiple brands launched, 500 team members hired, and over $100M raised. ??


The business is aiming to triple their UK operations by the end of the year as they continue expanding and delivering high-quality healthcare services.


As a Performance Lead, you will take the lead in driving the next stage of growth. You will manage substantial paid media budgets, oversee campaign strategies across multiple channels, and collaborate with the in-house creative team to maximize return on investment. Ideally, you will be an expert in Google Ads, but comfortable with other channels such as Meta, YouTube, or TikTok, as well.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Oversee and optimise high-budget paid media campaigns across channels like Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Hands-on expertise in Google is particularly desirable.
  • Strategy Development: Lead the development of high-impact marketing strategies by identifying the most effective levers (creative, targeting, post-click experience, or algorithmic optimisation) to drive results.
  • Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with creative teams to generate and iterate on ad concepts. Establish a robust feedback loop to consistently improve ad performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise patient insights, data, and industry trends to write and manage creative briefs. Deliver weekly performance reports and insights to the wider acquisition team.
  • Best Practice Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry best practices, promoting cutting-edge performance marketing methodologies within the company.
  • Creative Ownership: Take ownership of a larger part of the creative process, offering proactive ideas and solutions that deliver measurable results.


About You

  • 7-10 years of performance marketing experience, with a proven track record of running and optimising high-budget paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Experience driving significant conversion growth within Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets.
  • Strong collaborator, able to work with creative teams to turn ideas into high-performing ad campaigns.
  • Advanced skills in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and ad reporting tools.
  • Experience with attribution modelling and measuring channel uplift.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German) a plus.
  • Familiarity with European consumer markets and healthcare systems is advantageous.
