Real Estate Associate, Landlord & Tenant, 3-6 PQE

We are newly and directly instructed by the lead Partner of a ranked and highly rated real estate team in London.The team are widely renown for acting for some of the UK's largest developers and are seeking a solicitor to work predominantly on the landlord & tenant side for such developer clients. The role may also have the opportunity to work on financing, sales, acquisitions and development work, at the candidate's discretion.The team are highly regarded internally working with some of the firm's largest clients and therefore there are strong progression opportunities.The ideal candidate will have strong commercial lease experience.If this may be of interest, we would be delighted to hear from you.
