Head of Recruitment and Training

Head of Recruitment and Training opportunity available for an initial 6 month fixed term contract in the Transport industry.

This role would suit someone from a related industry experienced in recruiting a largely operational workforce.

5 days per week on site in north London, with flexibility to reduce to 4 days after an initial settling in period.

The role/requirements:

• Reports to the CHRO
• Lead 2 teams responsible for recruitment and training operations respectively
• Innovation of current recruitment, induction and training strategy and processes
• Focus on recruitment and retention
• Utilisation of data and metrics to ensure effective workforce planning
• Offer coaching and guidance on successfully running recruitment/ assessment/ testing centres
• Analysis of agency use
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Weekly travel to various sites across North London within your working day

2 stage interview process and immediate decision/start with possible extension to initial term.
