Our mission is to deliver high-quality products with an unforgettable customer experience, and we believe that great design plays a key role in achieving this.  Key Responsibilities of Graphic Designer: Work closely with the CEO and Head of Marketing to develop innovative design concepts that align with our brand’s vision. Create and produce a range of print materials, including training manuals, brochures, advertisements, and posters, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs. Develop digital assets such as website banners, email templates, and promotional graphics that captivate and engage our online audience. Design visually appealing and functional packaging that enhances our brand identity and resonates with the target market. Craft engaging social media content to drive cross-platform engagement and grow our online presence. Contribute to user-friendly, visually compelling website interfaces, ensuring a seamless brand experience across digital touchpoints. Oversee multiple design projects from concept to completion, maintaining high standards and ensuring deadlines are met. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries. What We’re Looking For in our Graphic Designer: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Prior experience in a design agency or in-house role, with a focus on both print and digital. Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo platforms is a plus. Excellent visual and conceptual skills, with a keen eye for detail. A deep understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout principles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative ideas clearly. Why Join Us?
