ACCOUNT DIRECTOR – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

YOUR MISSION

Your number one priority is client retention. It's a varied role with two sides: client services and business development tactics. You need to be a pro at both. You’ll be responsible for bringing your best-in-class business development skills to the fore and using all the tools in your arsenal to ensure your team hits target every month. This could include finding weekly insights, getting data, and writing copy, as well as educating Account Managers on what a good insight looks like and thinking of new, creative ways to reach prospects. One of the core competencies is instructing your team how to create, nurture, and convert a warm pipeline.

Your core remit will cover: your team’s performance / outreach, coaching, best practice, leading by example, client retention, delivering against deadlines, leading day to day client communication, supporting on overarching strategy, and copywriting.
