An new job opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Administrator to provide support to the Procurement department and to support the Procurement Manager in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase orders.
- Setting up new suppliers
- Resolving invoice & delivery queries.
- Progressing material orders.
- Receiving and dealing with external calls
- General office duties
Skills and Experience
- Ability to follow Procurement Processes
- Good IT skills including Word and Excel, experience in various ERP systems preferred
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels, confidently deliver one on one training
- Able to manage internal customer relationships
- Able to self-motivate
- Has well-developed problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Specific Qualifications- Clean driving license and own transport as some travel between other offices may be required.
- Previous experience within fast paced office environment.
