ANALYTICS MANAGER - HERTFORDSHIREUP TO £75,000 + BONUSTHE COMPANYhave partnered with a renowned gaming brand on an Analytics Manager level hire. Within this role you will work across a regulated environment to understand consumer behaviour across app/web, managing a team of Digital Analysts to drive actionable recommendations.THE ROLEThe successful Analytics Manager responsibilities will include:Lead and manage the digital analytics function for the app/websiteUtilize Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to track and analyse consumer behaviour, conversion funnels, and customer journeysProvide forecasting and predictive analysis to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunitiesWork closely with marketing, product, and data teams to develop actionable insights and recommendationsDevelop dashboards, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders to visualize and communicate insightsIdentify trends, anomalies, and potential risks to improve customer retention, engagement, and acquisitionYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:Expertise in Google Analytics and/or Adobe AnalyticsStrong understanding of consumer behaviour analysis, channel performance metrics, and marketing optimisationExperience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skillsAbility to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategiesExperience with A/B testing and website optimisation strategiesTHE BENEFITSThe successful Analytics Manager will receive a salary of up to £75,000, plus an array of additional benefits.HOW TO APPLY:Please register your interest by sending your CV to Harry Mincer via the apply link below.
