Financial Analysis and Planning Manager

Our client, an innovative energy solutions company, is exclusively partnered with Aila to recruit an FP&A Manager to join their rapidly expanding team permanently. 30m & Series B fundraising complete at £140m Sustainable & clean energy tech business, scaling rapidly The Role: As FP&A Manager, you'll deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to the Finance Director and take the lead on business partnering with operations, supporting strategic decision-making. Create and maintain dashboard reporting with financial and non-financial insights Own the reporting and performance management of key revenue and gross margin lines Business partner across the business, building relationships and adding value with all non-finance staff Review monthly and quarterly results, summarising financial and operational performance for stakeholders Qualified Commercial Accountant with 2-3 years' post-qualification experience Excellent Excel skills and ability to build relationships across all levels Competitive salary: £Performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid working (2 days in London, 3 remote) Opportunity to progress in a scale-up sustainable business How to Apply: We want to hear from you if you're excited about this opportunity and believe you have what it takes to excel in this role.
