Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers via telephone to promote products, build relationships, and drive sales. * Marketing Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. * Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for the company’s website, brochures, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand. * Social Media Management: Develop and manage content for the company’s social media platforms to enhance online presence and foster customer interaction. * Website Maintenance: Assist with updating and maintaining website content, ensuring it reflects current promotions and marketing campaigns. Candidate Requirements: * Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of campaign planning and execution. * Telephone Confidence: Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone, building rapport and promoting the company’s range of quality-of-life-enhancing products. * Design Skills: Ability to create high-quality graphics for both digital and print media, with attention to detail and brand standards. * Social Media: Familiar with managing social media content to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness. * Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, able to manage various tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
