The role of the Head of Additives Sales and Commercial Excellence is to lead the sales activities of the Additives Strategic Business Unit, which is one of the four Business Units in the Catalyst Technologies Sector. Your responsibilities: Build and maintain network of senior client relationships and represent the Cat BU in strategic/key commercial meetings. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to optimize interface to our Licensing business and other sectors Driving the Additives business growth by leading sales activities in the APAC and MEA regions, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives Provide line management and leadership to the team of Business Development hunter and Inside sales force based out of India Look for collaboration with the head of sales of other regions within Additives SBU and across SBUs to drive business growth Optimize the commercial operating model to deliver the business strategy, driving results on the interfaces between Key Account Management, Licensing, Business Development, Technical Services, Catalyst Refill Sales, Sales & Operations Planning, Marketing & Innovation, Product Management. Requirements for the role: Deep market and technical knowledge about the sale of catalysts especially related to Ammonia, Methanol, Hydrogen, Gas Purification, Formaldehyde, Heterogeneous Custom Catalysts, Catalysts for Edible Oil & Oleo Chemicals, Catalysts for Chemical and Intermediates. Knowledge of the sale of FCC additives to improve performance (e.g. ZSM) or comply to regulatory requirements (Sulphor reduction, etc.) Knowledge of licensing technology to build plants that use catalysts Commercial, Marketing, Technology or related degree with significant industry experience Experienced commercial P&L owner, with financial acumen, understanding of management accounting principles and budgeting How you will be rewarded: We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including bonus, excellent pension contributions and 25 days annual leave (varies for shift-based roles and locations).
