We're seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to provide essential support to our UK team. As the first point of contact for all people-related issues, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment within our innovative and fast-paced company. You'll work closely with the Director of Human Resources to address and resolve personnel matters effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line HR advice and support: Offer guidance on terms and conditions of employment, HR policies, and procedures.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities: Including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Support employee relations initiatives: Such as investigations and performance management.
- Maintain HR records and systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll: Coordinate with relevant departments.
- Contribute to organizational development and talent management: Support employee growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- CIPD qualification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
