TEACHING ASSISTANT * Primary school in CW2 * Seeking 3 teaching assistants * 1:1 with students needing additional support * Monday to Friday school hours Job Summary As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the educational and social development of students under the guidance of the class teacher. This role involves working with children, including those with special educational needs, to provide individualized assistance and ensure a positive learning environment. Duties - Assist in planning and delivering educational activities - Support students with special needs, including those with autism - Help educate and tutor students on various subjects - Communicate effectively with both students and teachers - Provide mentoring and guidance to students as needed Qualifications - Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting - Knowledge or experience in special education is desirable - Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism - Strong communication skills to interact with students and staff - A passion for supporting student learning and development apply now, and we will be in touch to discuss further
