If you have a passion for leadership and a desire to inspire, here's your opportunity to make a significant impact!ROLE OVERVIEWWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leading Tutor Assessor to join our team in Belfast.As a Team Leading and Management Tutor you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future leaders of diverse industries. Your responsibilities involve inspiring and guiding students in the principles and practices of effective team leadership and management.Crafting comprehensive lesson plans, you will delve into leadership theories, communication strategies, and organisational management, providing students with a well-rounded understanding of the intricacies of leadership roles.Leveraging your proven expertise, you will share practical insights and real-world examples, preparing students for the dynamic challenges of leadership across various professional domains. Fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, your duties extend beyond traditional teaching to encourage critical thinking and innovation, instilling in students the qualities required for successful leadership.The successful candidate will deliver Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading and Level 3 Diploma in Management to students studying on the ApprenticeshipsNI training programme. The qualifications are designed to allow learners to obtain the skills and knowledge to work in a team leading/management role. The qualifications covers leading and managing a team, managing performance, principles of team leading, and understanding business; and are accredited by BIIAB.The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Business Management; and possess the motivation and commitment to see our students succeed on their programme of study. Ideally, they will have good mentoring skills and sound knowledge of working with awarding bodies and delivering qualifications.ABOUT US:Rutledge Training is one of the leading private training providers in NI; with a branch network of 17 locations.
