Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the reception and floor teams, setting high standards for customer service and efficiency. Customer Experience: Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and address guest concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Staff Training & Development: Train new staff, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement ongoing development programs to enhance team skills. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue through upselling and special promotions. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
