Recruitment Consultant Trainee

Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our recruitment team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and interested in starting a dynamic career in recruitment. No prior recruitment experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: * Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. * Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to source and attract candidates. Screen, interview, and shortlist potential candidates. * Job Advertising: Write and post job adverts on various platforms, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and targeted to the right audience. * Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process. * Sales & Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, attending meetings with prospective clients to expand the agency's portfolio. * Administration: Maintain accurate records of all candidate and client interactions using the company’s CRM system. Assist with compliance, reference checks, and other administrative tasks as needed.
