This opportunity will be working on M&A deals across all sectors and will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle. You will be working on mid-market deals and will be working with a leading team. The main responsibilities are to execute M&A assignments, develop client marketing materials, including confidential information memorandums and management presentations, in support of sale transactions. Manage due diligence activities and identify, build, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
