We're seeking a dynamic
GCP Solutions Architect
to lead cloud-native design and optimization, ensuring cutting-edge solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that is investing heavily in technology and innovation.
Role Overview As a GCP Solutions Architect, you will: Lead the design and architecture of cloud-native solutions, considering aspects such as deployment, automation, and ongoing support. Optimize solutions for cost, performance, security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Design and implement event-driven microservice architectures that support the organization's competitive positioning. Mentor engineers to deliver high-quality, cloud-led solutions for our customers. Shape technical strategies, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions. Collaborate with Enterprise, Security, Data, and Infrastructure Architects to create customer value and solve complex business challenges. Support Product Owners and Platform Leads in managing infrastructure and software risks, ensuring systems are continuously updated and fit for purpose.
What We’re Looking For We are searching for experienced professionals who: Have strong solution architecture experience, utilizing modern technologies including Single Page Applications (e.g., ReactJS), Mobile Native and Cross-Platform Apps (iOS, Android, React Native), Microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms. Possess hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and streaming platforms such as Kafka. Are proficient in API standards, security, and gateway patterns. Have solid experience with data technologies (SQL/NoSQL, Big Data). Have practical implementation experience in GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Are familiar with API Gateway and Management Platforms such as IBM API Connect, Apigee, or Microsoft Azure API Manager. Understand cloud storage, security, networking, and resource provisioning.
