An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of Chefs. Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence. Sound financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
