Assistant Site Manager Bideford Permanent/Full time £45,000 - £48,500 + Car Package & More Do you want to work for a regional developer who pride themselves on creating a quality build? My client, a leading developer would like an experienced and ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join their team for a site in North Devon. As an experienced Assistant Site Manager you will take responsibility for: * Assist with the management of the site team and the supervision of sub-contractors * Co-ordination of all sub-contractors and directly employed staff * Assist the Site Manager to drive production of the site, building to programme and budget * Ensure a high level of health and safety at all times * Liaison with the NHBC Suitable candidate: * Proven track record in house building at a similar level * Strong organisational and communication skills are also required * SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS card * Able to work with an experienced team to assist the development of yourself and others In return our client are offering a competitive salary and benefits package including; company car or car allowance, pension, life insurance and more.
