In the heart of North London, The Three Johns is a rustic and charming destination for sourdough pizzas, premium drinks and cocktails. Authentic, raw and boasting a dash of contemporary flair, it is the ideal location to settle down for a pint in Angel thanks to their cool interiors, raw brickwork, vintage table set-ups and booming back bar. The Role As GM you will take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business. Being business savvy and demonstrating great commercial acumen is a must. Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction. You have impeccable floor, bar and late night experience knowledge as well as late night experience.
