The Opportunity: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Specialist L&D Trainer to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Content Creation & Collaboration: Design and develop impactful L&D content, working closely with various departments to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Enhance L&D Strategies: Implement and refine learning strategies to align with our unique approach and core values, ensuring they effectively support our team's growth.
• Workshop Delivery: Lead face-to-face workshops at our Head Office and on-site with embedded teams, covering technical, functional, and performance-related topics.
• Assessment & Follow-Up: Create assessments, track performance scores, and support ongoing development to drive continuous improvement.
• L&D Expertise: Serve as a specialist L&D trainer within key business areas, delivering content effectively to all levels of the organization.

• Expertise in L&D content design and delivery
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Experience in conducting engaging face-to-face workshops
• Ability to assess learning outcomes and support development
• Proven ability to shape and implement L&D strategies
