Role Overview:As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for seeking out and engaging customer prospects within your designated territory. Key aspects of the role include managing client relationships through face-to-face interactions, demonstrating products, and executing a sales strategy to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed targets. Generate leads and establish long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct sales meetings in person, presenting products and services to clients. Demonstrate products effectively and provide comprehensive product information. Analyze sales trends and customer needs to develop competitive strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to meet departmental goals. Offer after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven field sales experience is an asset. Industry experience in Commercial AV is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong self-motivation and results-oriented attitude. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective time management and task prioritization abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
