Responsibilities: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach. Identify and recruit athletes who align with our brand values and target audience demographics. Build and nurture relationships with influencers, fostering long-term partnerships. Negotiate contracts and manage influencer campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and optimising strategies for continuous improvement. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in athlete marketing. Coordinate demos and athlete gym meetups under guidance from the UK Marketing Manager. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, social media, and creative teams to integrate athlete campaigns with overall marketing initiatives. Facilitate the creation of localised content through photoshoots and athlete-briefed content, in line with global and local marketing plans, supporting the social media team. Generate weekly reports on the UK Athlete Marketing program and present to the Director of Marketing. Identify, plan, and execute a calendar of macro events to amplify brand awareness and/or support the Sales team through B2B events. Work with the sales team to support an ‘always on’ consumer sampling plan, leveraging the athlete/All Star roster as a resource enabler.
