This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality cases, supervise junior colleagues, and develop strong ties across the practice. Responsibilities Handle a variety of contentious commercial property matters, including telecoms, landlord and tenant issues, and general property disputes Manage a caseload as a principal fee earner while supervising junior team members Collaborate closely with the transactional Real Estate team to provide comprehensive client service Contribute to the growth and success of the retail practice Requirements Proven experience in property litigation In-depth knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals, both unopposed and opposed, ideally in the context of managing large property portfolios Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor junior colleagues Strong financial track record Genuine enthusiasm for property law and a commitment to delivering excellent client service Company Overview Our client is a collaborative and innovative legal practice dedicated to providing outstanding service to their clients.
