Interaction recruitment ae currently recruiting for a Goods-in Warehouse Supervisor within the west bromwich area, for this role you must have a Counterblance and reach licence and also previous experience within stock control. Role Responsibilities First point of contact for all goods in queries Forklift driving - Loading, unloading, and managing racking locations efficiently Managing storage of stock storage in relevant locations ensuring compliance with storage conditions (ambient, frozen, chilled) Supervising FLT driver support by proactively delegating within operation to qualified team members Ensuring all health and safety requirements are adhered to, including but not limited to, pre-use inspections on manual handling equipment, gas bottle storage and replenishment and adhering to safe walking route system Receiving goods/dispatching goods physically and maintaining stock management systems in line with physical movements Maintaining accurate records of receipt or dispatch of goods Producing Stock Report from warehouse management system and printing orders for operation Managing wholesale projects and receiving purchase orders into warehouse management system Ensuring weekly stock count and adjustment (Ambient Chiller Freezer areas) and  completing regular stock checks to ensure stock integrity Temperature Checks – Ensuring all products on receipt/dispatch have temperature checks recorded, and stored appropriately in accordance with company Compliance procedures. Delivery Notes – All delivery notes and booking in forms to be completed and stored in accordance with company compliance procedures. Constantly review practices in the Goods in area, to ensure all areas are fully utilised. Liaise daily with management and other supervisors to ensure effective communication and efficiency. Liaise with a number of external contacts such as suppliers/hauliers on a daily basis to ensure an awareness of the goods in diary is established. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience working within a similar role   Holder of currently valid counterbalance and reach fork lift truck licenses Experience working within a manufacturing/wholesale environment with exposure to stock procedures Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages Flexibility relating to shift pattern due to nature of business Details Monday to friday 37 hours per week plus overtime  £14.40ph Benefits Competitive salary 28 days annual leave plus birthday paid leave Monthly website voucher code On site parking Free lunch products INDWH
