MARKETING AND SALES TECHNICAL LEAD
Salary: Up to £65,000 with a 5% annual bonus

Our client is on the hunt for a Marketing and Sales Technical Lead to revolutionise their marketing strategy. This role offers the opportunity to play a hands-on part in creating new customer journeys, data-driven marketing automations, and personalised AI campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple suppliers and internal stakeholders. This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere while making significant contributions to a dynamic team.

What you'll do:
As a Marketing and Sales Technical Lead, your primary responsibility will be to take our client's marketing strategy to the next level. You'll have a direct impact on the end-to-end customer journey, designing and overseeing the implementation of campaigns across all touchpoints. Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be crucial as you review and re-configure the existing technical set up and CRM integration. You'll also provide technical mentorship to other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with both technical IT teams and broader non-technical audiences.
* Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Proven track record in delivering on marketing strategies within a property environment
* Deep understanding of marketing automation principles and Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices
* Experience in identifying target audiences and customer journey behavioural segmentation
* Proficiency with website auditing tools and Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
* Exceptional communication skills with both technical IT teams and broader non-technical audiences
