SEN Teachers with Early Years Experience Location: Lambeth, London Position: SEN Teachers (Full-Time) Salary: Inner London Mainscale / Upper Threshold (depending on experience) + 1 SEN Point Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for early years education? We are seeking SEN Teachers with experience in Early Years to join our dedicated team at a leading SEN school in Lambeth. We welcome applications from both SEN specialists and mainstream teachers who have a passion for inclusive education and want to make a positive difference in the lives of children with additional needs. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons for children with SEN, including Autism, communication difficulties, and developmental delays. Use your expertise in early childhood development to foster a supportive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support each child's individual learning journey. Track and assess pupils' progress, adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners. Support personal, social, and emotional development, helping children build confidence and independence.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working in Early Years (either in SEN or mainstream settings). A genuine passion for working with young children, including those with special educational needs. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
