Electrical Site Manager – Power Infrastructure Project We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee a large-scale power infrastructure project at key high-voltage substations and transmission sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. Electrical Site Manager Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, including the management of electrical installation teams and subcontractors. * Ensure all electrical work complies with industry regulations and project specifications, including high-voltage equipment. * Manage the scheduling and coordination of works, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones. * Maintain stringent safety protocols and ensure all site personnel adhere to health and safety policies. * Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to identify and resolve potential issues. * Liaise with project stakeholders, engineers, and other site managers to ensure smooth operation across all workstreams. * Manage site logistics, materials procurement, and on-site resources effectively. * Provide progress reports to senior management, highlighting risks and potential delays. * Ensure the highest quality control measures are in place to meet client and regulatory standards. Electrical Site Manager Requirements: * Proven experience in electrical site management, preferably within the power transmission or distribution sector. * Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems and substations. * Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Site Management. * Demonstrable leadership skills with experience managing large teams. * Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations within the power infrastructure sector. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and project stakeholders. Electrical Site Manager Desirable: * Experience working on substations and transmission projects with leading utility companies. * Familiarity with HV/LV installation and commissioning processes.
