Clinical Operations Lead

Our client requires a Clinical Operations Leads with country / site facing experience only. Hold a university degree or have equivalent years of experience, with a preference for a focus in life sciences. Possess a robust understanding of the drug development process and relevant regulations, including ICH and GCP guidelines. Demonstrate initiative as a self-starter who is passionate about achieving successful outcomes and delivering results during assignments. Embrace a growth mindset. Prioritise high-quality service delivery throughout your assignment. Excel in dynamic, collaborative environments, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous situations. In this role you will contribute to innovative clinical trial delivery, enhancing the experience for patients, caregivers, and site staff. You will also be responsible for: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all operational aspects of studies through all phases (start-up, conduct, and close down), adhering to ICH/GCP and applicable regulations. Represent the UK on the global study team. Manage site relations and recruitment in the country of origin. Provide leadership to the local study team, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs). Collaborate with local Medical Affairs colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Work with relevant country PDG colleagues for timely feasibility, start-up, and site payments. Drive study timelines, budgets, and risk management while ensuring quality and compliance with diversity and inclusion principles. Partner with PDG colleagues to address IRB, Health Authorities, and Ethics Committees queries and audits.
