Serving an all day all fresh light breakfast and lunch menu alongside a range of cakes, patisserie, pastries and great coffee and beverages in a very relaxed and informal setting. CAFE MANAGER - IS THIS YOU? Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation A passion for serving high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail Experience working with food - preparing and serving A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales CAFE MANAGER - MAIN DUTIES Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances Recruit, train and develop your team Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance Basic food preparation Drive sales APPLY TODAY Please note: You must be resident in the UK and eligible to work.
