In House Solicitor Leading UK Retailer My client is a £300 million TO retail business currently operating out of 100 stores and is looking to become number 1 in terms of retail brand in the UK through a total refurbishment of all 100 stores and a growth plan to increase coverage throughout the UK. As the In House Solicitor you will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters, managing risk, compliance, and regulatory affairs, and providing strategic legal advice to the UK Business. The parent company is Italian so you will be joining a European company who has a proven reputation across Europe for being the number 1 retailer in terms of quality and experience. I need someone who can work at speed, a solution finder, someone with a positive energy who thrives on managing change! Location wise you you would need to be able to reach Sunderland for most of your working week but not all, as they are a UK wide retailer.
