What we are looking forWe are looking for an Administrator (Admin and Technical Support Officer) to join our Waste and Recycling Services Team. The successful person will share our values, commitment, and motivation to make a difference for our residents, clients, and communities. About the roleWorking within our small Admin team, we are looking for the right candidate to help us deliver excellent customer service to our residents and businesses. We provide our communities with refuse and recycling bin collections, garden waste collections and business waste services.This is a varied and busy role providing admin and customer service support to the Waste and Recycling Team.We are looking for a flexible individual to cover a period of Maternity leave for 12 months. About youThe successful candidate will need to have excellent IT and communication skills, with the ability to resolve sometimes complex customer issues via telephone, email and face to face contact. You will need to be organised with good all round admin skills.You will need to demonstrate good attention to detail, be able to multi-task and enjoy working within a friendly and busy team.
