Sales Manager

Sales Manager I am looking for a Sales Manager to work for a construction based company. For this role they are looking for someone with strong knowledge and experience in the tile and tile-adhesives market. Responsibilities: * Develop strategies and plans to enter the UK market with the client's brand and products. * Execute the plans and manage the impletation. * The goal is to establish the client's product as a recognised brand specialists and professionals in the tiling market and to profitably grow sales. Requirements: * Experience in business management positions with the responsibility for P&l or income. * Experience in tile adhesive mortars. * Knowledge tile distribution channel market dynamics. * High level negotiation skills and team management skills.
